Vigna Dogarina - Gruppo Vi.V.O. Cantine is surrounded by the greenery of its 100 hectares of vineyards, located between the Carnic Alps and the Venice Lagoon.

Its particular geographic position allows it to fully take advantage of this territory’s peculiar climatic conditions: in these areas, the cold currents that descend from the Carnic Alps meet with the Venice Lagoon’s mild air, creating significant temperature variations, which are ideal for the synthesis of fragrant, intense and elegant bouquets.

Vigna Dogarina - Gruppo Vi.V.O. Cantine vineyards extend towards the lands of the “caranto”, an alluvial and clayey soil, rich in calcium and magnesium that the Piave river waters carry from the Dolomites to the Salgareda countryside.
This specific composition of the soil guarantees an important supply of minerals to the roots of the vines, thus favouring the great persistence in flavour of the wines produced.
This is a noble territory, imbued with history, which experienced the glories of the Serenissima Republic of Venice, thanks to which the Venetian winemaking tradition began in the fifteenth century and continued even under the rigor of the Habsburg domination.

Even today, Vigna Dogarina - Gruppo Vi.V.O. Cantine is the conveyor of this tradition, passing on the culture of the vineyard and wine to the new generations while safeguarding the qualities of this historic and precious land.

The hilly vineyards, which are characterized by steep slopes and have become UNESCO cultural heritage, produce the famous Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG, flagship of our sparkling wines.
