CA’ DI PIETRA

PRIORITIZING QUALITY
“Ca’ di Pietra” is named after the hamlet of the town “Salgareda”, Campodipietra.

In this area, the soil is characterized by two layers, the first being alluvial, and the second, deeper one, rich in minerals known as Caranto (mineral formation).

Due to this soil composition, the vineyard's roots reach down to the deepest layer, rich in water and nutrients, causing the plant to experience a slight state of “stress.” Under these conditions, the vineyards offer the best of their quality at the expense of quantity, a detail that is fully in line with the company's primary principle:

...prioritizing quality over quantity
