SELECTIONS
“Dean“ means “the oldest of the group” as well as “the wisest”. This is the name given in the 1980s to a Bordeaux blend aged 16 months in barrique and refined 12 months in steel.
Decano comes from a careful selection of the best grapes of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, prepared for an optimal late ripening, followed by a process of aging in small barrels jealously kept in the cellar, the flagship of the company.
